Why people (still) matter more than paper
One of the things Eight Ash Green Cricket Club has decided to tackle this year is cutting carbon from the stuff we buy – mainly equipment and kit. In quality systems this is known as creating a Sustainable Procurement Policy and is usually long, dull and costly.
Fortunately, any club can now create their own and tweak it as many times as they like until it fits their needs – and for free. We are of course talking AI here, and the video below shows how this can work for you and your club too.
The problem is, this is only useful if people actually do something with it. That means motivating club officials and club members to take action, or NOT take action if pointless annual kit upgrades are to be avoided. This is a far bigger challenge, and one that AI can’t help with. Yet.
